Vankit Crash Test

In the UK since 1999

The test was carried out on 30.10.2009 at the test site of TÜV Rheinland TNO Automotive International B.V. in Helmond, The Netherlands.

The test deceleration was performed in accordance with:- ECE-R 17

-Test Results
-Impact speed: 51,14 kph
-Deceleration pulse: ECE-R 17 (see annex 1)
-Vehicle Body: VW T5
-Racking Weight: 190kg
-Ballast Weight: 490kg

All Racking Remained in Place
One Base Unit Door Opened on impact
All units remained attached to chassis.
